My good friend Heather (from grad school) came to visit last weekend from NC. It was her first visit to big D and last visit before baby #2 comes. We did a lot of lounging and nesting since I was still pretty sick. You might be able to tell in the pics - Heather is 28 weeks prego and I am about 18 - one pic makes my belly look bigger and the other pic makes hers look bigger. And Bill was a trooper with all the prego hormones floating around...he even made a special Mother's Day brunch for us before Heather took off. It was very sweet, especially since I am just a "potential mother" according to my dad.
I forgot to mention that I saw our friend Meg Bloomer in FL when I was visiting Katie. We had a quick visit with Elle at Starbucks and stopped by her house to meet Brooks and see Jay. It was great seeing them!
Anyway, I am feeling much better and might actually work a full day tomorrow. I am babysitting little Matthew tomorrow night while Amy and Mark attend baptism class so I might need to come home early to rest up ;-)
