Carter James Langston's new crib

Hello friends... yep, we picked a name. Do you like? If not, don't tell us.

We're getting pretty excited about meeting Carter. Just a few more weeks - hopefully fewer than lots more. I am especially ready to have this very active, constantly hiccuping baby out of my giant belly (notice its size in the pic) - nice. He is making it very hard to sleep at night...I know, training for when he's here, right? I will also be happy if I never have to take another tums again in my life - the other night Bill said I was sleeping holding the bottle in my hand.
As you can see, we are done with the nursery! Grandma Pat did a great job sewing the bed skirt, crib dust ruffle, and a pillow sham with the striped fabric. We even moved the bassinette into our bedroom. I am doing my first of many loads of baby-related laundry (hospital outifts and bassinette sheets) and plan on packing the hospital bags this afternoon.

Now, we just need this baby to get here already! ~Erin
