First in flight...

It took me 22 years to get my head above the clouds.  Carter checked this box in just over a year.  His nerves were much better as well.  After all of our planning and scheming to control the uncontrollable force that is our child, it was a last minute addition that made our trip.

After we went through security (Carter needed no I.D. at any point during the trip - kinda scary), I suddenly thought that it might be useful to have our baby backpack to keep him somewhat wrangled.  Maybe he would even settle in and nap.  I ran out of the airport back to our car, and lucky for us, the Baby Bjorn was still in the backseat.

As soon as the plane accelerated for take off, he was out, and it was smooth sailing from there. Hopefully my VOLS will execute a gameplan the way Carter did.  He woke up to wave at Memphis, have some in flight snacks, and receive some congratulations from nearby passengers on his excellent behavior.  As always, he acts like he's been there before.

Now he is exploring Grandma's house to see what kind of trouble he can get into.

Thanks for reading...

Awesome! We love babywearing around here. Evie rides around in her Ergo at least twice a day. I have no idea how other families manage without some way to wear their little ones.
