Granpies & Park Fun

Spring is ON IN TEXAS. We definitely suffered through a rough winter (as most of the country), but it really has been great weather the past 5-6 weeks. I know the 90s are coming so each pleasant weekend we get feels like stealing.

While we're waiting for Mrs. Schwangston to "hatch" the Schwie Granpies came to visit. The primary reason (besides seeing their fav. red-headed grandson) was to offer some backup when I went to Chicago for work this past week.

We managed to do a lot of relaxing, while they got reacquainted with the unending energy of Mr. Carter James Langston. Lisa (aka Gisa) helped me chase/shadow C and Matthew Sunday at the park as they climbed, dangled, slid, and swung. She had so much fun that she offered them popsicles(from the Ice Cream Man) just to see if they'd slow down to eat it(they did). I'm sure she slept well that night as I do these days.

My sales convention went well (it seems people are still buying appliances-thanks peeps), and Grandpa Mike also survived a few days with my two red-heads. Now we're all back where we belong, and trying to get things together for Baby 2.0. Wish us luck.
