Carolina Casa

As of this past Friday, we can officially call this place "Home Sweet Home" or the "Tree House" per Carter or "The Project" to Bill and me.  It's definitely a fixer upper and the location sealed the deal. We are within walking distance to an elm. school, middle school, public library, Whole Foods, and a coffee shop.  So far, we've painted C and O's rooms.  We've got carpet and air duct cleaners coming this week, a tree removal guy and his crews, and then the moving truck arrives on Friday.  More contractors are scheduled for the next few weeks (and months). 

We are excited to start this next chapter of home ownership - and man - it's gonna be a  ride.  Calling all loyal Schwangston readers to share all renovation, remodeling, design, prayers, thoughts, and "lessons learned" our way...
