Here comes trouble...

I know that we should have seen this coming. After those notes home from teachers, checks by my name on the blackboard, wishes from my frustrated mother that I have children just as bad as I was, it's here. I just thought that I would have more time...

Carter got in trouble today in school. Who guessed 17 months in the pool? Congrats to you, wherever you are. It seems that Carter was climbing, standing, and dancing on the tables, and also throwing toys in the trash. In his defense, he loves to put things up and probably didn't know that the school trash bin wasn't for toys. As far as the standing, dancing, jumping goes - he knows better but just seems to think that the thrill outweighs the empty threats or stern looks he gets from his teachers in between giggles at how bad he is.

We could be in trouble.

Thanks for reading...

Sawyer is the same way - climbs and dances on everything he's not supposed to. I caught him standing and bouncing on top of a table at Audrey's preschool last week. I'm just waiting for the day he climbs out of the crib. I've already had a few dreams/nightmares that he comes running down the hall in the middle of the night.

Atta' boy, Carter! Don't let the system hold you down or cramp your style.

PS - Schwangston's, enjoy it while you can. He probably won't be dancing on tables again until college. Ha!
