I mentioned in an earlier blog about Carter's discovery of the 'mechanic'. Well, he's figured out that it is really called 'hammock' and it has become his new best friend.
We've been visiting the screened in porch just about every evening (something that the Ms. & I recognize wouldn't be happening in the mid summer TX heat) for some good swing time.
He doesn't always understand that contrary to the swings on the playground, the goal isn't to go fast or high. We're working on that.
There are almost always a few minutes when I can convince C or O to lounge with me and just relax. Pretty sure that is what heaven is like.
