MVP Award

at Pancake Pantry in the Nashvegas, Sept 2011
Bill gets the MVP award for not only "father of the year" but also for being the bestest:  husband, cyclist, all-time Schwangston chef/baker/butcher/cook, fab diaper changer, sick mommy's caretaker, brother, road warrior, photographer, son, Schwangston bowl runner up, 5k winner w/o even really training, uncle, teammate, boo boo fixer, book reader, wrestler, piggy back giver, carpenter, Owen chariot, car seat wrangler, and many more...
In short, we love daddy very much.
Pullen Park in Raleigh April 2012
His Father's Day gifts included mason jar glasses (requested), a long bike ride, cool weather, pancake breakfast @ Ye Olde, no puking so far, and a very special book that belonged to his dad (thanks Pat for passing it on for the special surprise today):

And, a shout out "Happy Father's Day" to my papa (aka Big Mike or Grandpa).  Not quite sure how he did it solo for so long.  I remain amazed. Thanks for visiting us last week!  Tell Lisa to email me the pictures, please, so I can blog about your mad tree cutting skills.  Love you, Pops.

Very kind post. Love how you managed to squeeze best "Schwangston Bowl runner up" in there.
