Busy and relaxing weekends

So last weekend was pretty busy for the Schwangstons.

My sisters threw me a baby shower for family and friends here in TX. In the pics, there is one of me, the sisters, and Lisa (Sara is missing since her 2 little ones were sick) and the other is of me and Pat. Everyone was very generous and nameless baby schwangston got quite the haul. The sisters also gave out cute cookie party favors - not sure if you can see them in the picture very well (bottle, baby face, onesies, duck, and a bonnet)


Since family was going to be in town already, Amy and Mark had little Matthew's baptism. He was a perfect angel the whole service. Katie and Dan are his godparents (and it was Dan's first family visit to TX). Until I have baptism pics of Matthew in his sailer outfit, this one will have to suffice. Don't ya just love those cheeks?


This weekend was much more relaxed, for me at least - Bill is in the mountains of NC with Matt Miller and with Mark Clark in Knoxville. So, I just did a lot of napping, eating, reading, and organizing. I did have a prenatal massage - it was wonderful and kind of odd to be laying on my belly. Last night, I helped Amy and Mark celebrate 17yrs of marriage by letting them cook dinner for me. Happy Anniversary!
