Schwangston's in Seattle

If you have not been to Seattle, you are certainly missing out. We made a trip to the NW last week to have one last baby-free vacation or "babymoon." It was a great decision - the weather was fantastic, it's a beautiful town, and we had a great time exploring. Of course, catching up with our friend Becky was a highlight as well.
We did all of the touristy things too - visited the Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture park, Pike Place Public Market with its flying fish, flowers, and farmer's market, rode a ferry, and stopped by Pioneer's Square.

The food was great, Bill enjoyed a few microbrews, and I drank a lot of good coffee (mostly decaf), including a visit to the first Starbucks at Pike Market - note the original logo in the pic is a bit more feminine than the mermaid today.

Bill took about 500 pictures and rode his bike a lot while I rested/napped...be on the lookout for our Vancouver segment blog.
