Another major highlight of the FL trip was my cousin Heidi's wedding to Ryan. Like her mom, Heidi is really creative, so I was excited to see what she pulled together. One of her accents was peacock feathers - super cool and she had fabulous table centerpieces (as seen above when Heidi and Ryan are making their grand entrance). Unfortunately, I did not get a good pic of the bride and groom, but you can see a beautiful slideshow from the photographer on their blog.
Above - FL State Fight Song - at least they are not Gators :)
Below - extended fam on my mom's side - great Aunt Barb from Chicago, Cousin Kathy from CA, Aunt Shell in Houston, me, Katie, great Aunt Rita (grandmother of bride) in FL, and Aunt Pam from MN
Special moment between Heidi and her grandmother - it brought all of our table to tears
Heidi and Ryan had family over for a brunch at (new parents of Tripp) Katie and Rob's the day after the wedding so we could spend a bit more time together. Lots of coffee was consumed by all, as well as baby holding.Congrats again to the newly married couple...
Mr. and Mrs. Blakely!
