Is the Internet a girl?

My previous plea for comments (see here) in my p.s. led to a comment from the Internet (or Interweb from a google machine as the awesomely crotchedly ole man Tony K calls it). Her totally 80s and misspelled LYLAS salutation = love ya like a sister.

Hello Erin...It is your friend the Internet. I've missed you got your laptop serviced we haven't been able to "connect" like we used to. Hopefully those boys aren't too much trouble and we can get back to seeing what kinda craziness Charlie Sheen, and Lindsay Lohan have been up to soon. LILAS-The Interweb.

I think that it may not be one of my real sisters or Chi O ones or even a girl at all since my funny husband knew of my broken computer status.

Regardless, it was a good laugh or LOL.

P.S. again - it was a meeting of the bloggers IRL (that is In Real Life for you older folks) when Schwangston Bill BBQed at Robyn's real nest with some other veggie Bruces present on Sunday. Sorry that I missed it but glad Bill saw fun and funky Durham.
